Dealt with a woman called Jan- who was the most rude snob I've ever dealt with face to face and over the phone.
Landlords be aware that Stephens will make it as hard as they can for potential tenants. We are decent hardworking people & they slammed the metaphorical door in our face by being so obnoxious.
